Processing time and delivery

Orders placed and paid for 12 am – 12 pm are processed and dispatched the morning of the next working days.
DHL tracking number are sent within 24 working hours of purchase.

All delivery done by DHL delivery service for local delivery takes 3-5 working days, while international delivery takes 5-7 working days.
For international delivery if there is an unforeseen circumstance such as custom regulation, weather condition, e.t.c where delivery is delayed beyond said date, kindly reach out to our team and a prompt follow up will be done to ensure delivery is done Asap.

Product Returns

Products picked up or delivered in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

In cases of verified product abnormality, we will work with you to resolve and replace product.

You have 2 calendar days to lay complaint about a product abnormality from the day you received it.

Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Alongside evidence of product abnormality.

If a wrong product is delivered, kindly contact us within 24hours and our team will ensure you are sent the right item within 24hours.

Extra charges

Package exceeding 2 kg would attract extra delivery fee.
Extra Delivery fee would be charged for remote locations.

Due to the constant change in custom duty for some selected country, we cannot guarantee that your country will not charge you for custom fees.

Shipping Policy

Kindly do ensure you know your country rules as regards shipping of herbs into the country.
As we won’t be taking responsibilities for seizure of products by your countries authorities.
