Products picked up or delivered in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have 3 calendar days to return an item mutually discovered or agreed not in good condition from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return,
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Package exceeding 2.5kg would attract extra delivery fee.
Extra Delivery fee would be charged for remote locations.
We run a strictly no cash refund policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, Please do note, we run a strictly no cash refund policy. Therefore, you can only make an exchange for another product.
Please do ensure you know your country rules as regards shipping of herbs into the country. As we wont be taking responsibilities for seizure of products by your countries’ authorities.
In cases of verified product abnormality, a product exchange would be considered and clients may have to cover up for price differences in some cases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
